Model/prototype construction

For the development-accompanying production of samples and prototypes, we offer specialized assembly and soldering technology to manufacture even the smallest quantities flexibly and to a high standard. The goal is to deliver series production quality right from this early stage. We also offer this service to our customers, for example, for their own product developments. We use the experience gained in this way to obtain and implement feedback on manufacturing decisions for both our own and customer products.

Components

As a medium-sized company, we specialize in the flexible production of small quantities as well as medium and large series.

In doing so, we tailor the processes of assembly, programming, calibration, as well as assembly and testing, right through to labeling and packaging, individually to customer requirements in conjunction with the quantities to be produced.

One of our strengths lies in the fast and high-quality implementation of small and medium-sized series with engineering support for both our own products and customer orders.

Identification

We use a diode-pumped laser system (Nd:YAG) for marking housing and assembly parts. This allows us to mark various materials such as plastic, metal, and ceramic. Its applications are primarily in the following areas:

• Permanent, tamper-proof marking with consecutive serial numbers
• any fonts, barcodes and company logos
• Case labeling on behalf of the customer
• Labeling of terminal blocks, etc.

Montage

Wiring electronic devices and systems is just as much a part of our service portfolio as complete device assembly. The manufactured components are assembled according to your specifications. Before we package your goods for the customer, functional tests and, if necessary, final tests are carried out according to the test instructions.
